Back to School! 到学校去D:

yeah, everyone of us dread this moment.
The moment to go back to school.
Well, school is ____. You name it yourself.
Because what we want to achieve is always different.

For me, I've to get back to seriousness.
It means heading back to reality.
Shan't update that often alr.
I've known that I must be prepared to conquer this 2 yrs. Yes.
I must.

Holidays are over.
Exams are here.
Time to study now.

每个人都舍不得这一刻，舍不得学校的假期，恨不得假期还没完。但是，我们总得面对现实，面对未来，现在逝世后回学校啦！
其实，学校是一个_______。 你们自己填吧，因为我相信每个人都会有不同的感受，每个人的理想都会不一样。

而我呢，就是要认真，回到现实。
从今以后，不会再回来来这儿了，因为我知道靠实在等着我去应付他们！

我知道两年后我的理想是什么，所以我一定会努力的。我真的不要对不起任何人，尤其是父母和我自己，因为我知道他们对我的付出时非常多的。

假期晚了，
考试到了，
开始读了。

Seriousness! 认真

Well, the last week of the holiday has come to an end. Frankly speaking, what have I done over the past one month in June?
2 weeks has taken up due to camps, 1 week for meet-ups and the last week of completing my homework only. Not even say revision.
This is bad! There's no holidays at all! D:
It doesn't even look like one!D:
-----------

But in the past 1/2 a yr, my life in JC was a tough one.
From the school I've chosen, from the subj combination I've chosen, and to the class I've made.
In general, my life has been full of ups and downs.
People has been criticising about the subj combi, they felt that I wasn't ready for it, and they were shock that I would be willing to take this course and compete with people from ahem, china, to be true. And the class that I've gone into, majority of them are from China.
Frankly, in my whole 16 yrs of life, my batch hasn't even met with such high calibre of students.
All of a sudden, wanting me to make friends with them was ridiculous, in fact, I was shock. I was unable to accept it for a moment. Thus, we stick with each other only.
However, since Line camp, it made me loosen up my thinking. It gave me some thorough thoughts and make me change into a more mature person.
I've learned to be more open up, to accept changes given to us and to adapt our life. I've learn that you should not force people to change, but instead, you should change for the others, to accomodate to them, and that is what I will do.
However, one thing I won't give in is the attitude they give. I'll change for them, but they of course have to change for us. I'll be hardworking like those people,! I'll be serious because i want to prove to everyone that nothing can't be accomplish. We girls will and shall do it! :D

On the other hand, I kept thinking about yanshin, angie, jas, and ching.
Throughout this june hol, i've not even seen jas, much less talk to her!
Is our friendship getting worse? Are we separating from each other alr?
We promise each other that we will meet up every year, will we be able so hold it for long?
Come to think of that, have I really forgotten my sec sch life? Have I actually move on?
To adapt into jc life? I think I'm still living in self-denial!
Memories are killing me, it is fading away from me! I don't want that to happen!

We all know that we all like to live in the past, those happy times, who doesn't!? Perhaps the now, the stress that we are all facing makes us want to escape back to the past, but time has made us moved on. I feel that though time has made us move on, it is us that do not want to move on, we want to continue living in our own happy world.! My life in Sec Sch has been a good one, with my clique being close to me, perhaps i;ve not cherish that happy moments thus i am not satisfied with myself now. Till today, we have all chosen a new route, a route which none of us are going through together. We are fighting for each of our own life, to get a place into the uni. With this, I am very afraid that during our long route, we have forgotten each other, we have lost contact with each other, even if we meet just outside, it would be a simple hi-bye. How many of us can actually find a place and sit down and chat into the wee hours? Not now I guess. I feel that life is a torture now, to be surrounded by all muggers, to be facing all the stress and compeition! Life has to go on, I know. But as life I go on, I too want my friendship to go on. I don't want to grow up next time, thinking back that studies have made my friendship to be broken. I don't want studies to be that factor that stops me and my friends from meeting each other again. I want to meet up with all of you girls. I want to be in contact with you all. But will time allow us to meet up? Will time sustain our friendship with each other. 10 years down the road, will we still be as close as last time? I hope we will. For I know that those memories are the ones that are closest to us, it is the most cherishable things in life, money cant buy, and so do us. No one can take away this friendship that once cut into my life. I hope that we will still continue to be close sisters, to bottle out our feelings and let our memories continue to live on.

不知怎么的，我突然想起好多以前的事。我们都总活在过去，或许是现在不如以前吧。或许是我不懂得珍惜现在的拥有的时间吧。我们未曾去珍惜眼前的一切。如今我们各分东西，各自为了我们的将来打拼。联络是有的，但少之又少。我很害怕，害怕有一天会跟你们失去联络，因为要在茫茫人海中与他们碰面，结识，还真不简单。也许，几年后，当我们相遇时，只是一个‘你好’和‘再见’罢了。回忆起那些在学校里的快乐时光，如今使在难以忘怀。曾经带给我们许多快乐的时候，谁会遗忘他们呢？或许是时间。时间带给我们许许多多的阻碍，她夺走了我们之间能够相处的每一份每一秒。他带给了我们许多不快乐的事，他让我们分离，让我们对彼此相处的时间少了。十年后的今天，我们还会在联络吗？我希望，还会。我真的希望。因为回忆是人拥有最珍贵的东西。你既买不到，别人也夺不走。回忆也会随着时间而变得更美好。虽然时间带给了我们美好的回忆，但我要的不只是回忆，因为回忆只能让我们去回味，去忘怀。我要的是眼前的一切，我要的是现实，我要的是我们凝固的友情。我知道，我们的友情将于时间赛跑，是时间让我们友情变成回忆，还是友情让我们在时间的分秒逼真下继续长久下去？当然，答案我们心中有数，我也希望我的答案会实现。

Went out with my family today.

Anw, the laksa at sungei road is simply superb! Omg!
It's cheap too! $2 only!
And it's not spicy at all! hahs! :D
Best is, it uses charcoal to cook.
omg, it's the first time i've ever tried such yummy laksa! 2thumbs up! :D I rate it 5stars max! (:

Then headed to the beach and ate ice-cream.
So long nv had this kinda feeling alr.
Yeah, tmr shall be the start of the last wk of hols. D:

So what have I done for this past one week?

Well, on the positive side,
I managed to meet up with all my friends whom I was hoing to meet!
Family 2 gathering!
4/4'08 classmates! [Though it was the usual people, but at least we had much fun at angie's hse! :D]
Ives for K! [Yeah, almost couldnt meet her! But still managed to meet for k lunch, which I was pretty happy! & Forgot to pass her her present -.-! Rahhh!]

On the negative side,
I didn't complete any of the hw, except for chinese thesis, which I spent 3 days doing it -.-
yeap, but glad to say, it's over now for that! Yayness! :D

Oh and also, I went dental this wk!
And I got a feeling my nxt appt would be the day before my exams, and this intuition was right! Aww! Haiz, no wonder most people say a woman's first intuition is always right! D:

Now, I've to go complete my hw & revision.! And also my pw.!
My PW mates are like wth! Okay except for one.
The rest are like MIA! -.-

When plans are all altered,

Theme park thrilling, 4D movies,
was very exciting.
Zheng Hao, Harrisan both were pretty sick.
Make the teachers all worried.

I'm finally back!

9days not at home!
Rather homesick! D:
Hahs.

Firstly, LEP camp.
It sucks seriously.
Wasted my time there wanting to doze off but cant!
The feeling was super terrible!

Secondly, Medan Line Camp 2009
IT ROCKS LIKE MAD.
SERIOUSLY.
I LOVE IT,
NVR REGRETTED GOING! ;D;D;D;D;D
Medan + JJ = Jedan
Expect the Unexpected.
Yep, there's a line camp grp there, it sums up the whole 6 days.
Nothing I typed here could express my feelings towards this camp.
It was one of the most and the best camp ever in my life.

The approach by the teachers was also the first time i've ever seen in my entire life, to use the soft approach!

ANd also, the teachers are wayyyyy too wonderful, so much better than the china trip /:

But nevertheless, the Line camp really rocks!

China Trip! 13th March - 26th March '09

Yeah, so now I'm going to finally blog about the trip to china.
Lol!
13th March - 26th March 2009

It was my virgin trip to china - Xi'an & Beijing.
Happy? Excited? Yes yes yes, whatever happy words you could find, yep, that was my initial feelings :D
The weather throughout was simply cooling and cold, when I reached Spore, almost couldnt adapt back to the weather about 1-18 degree! haha.
Valissa was my roomate! :D


There were a total of 20 people going! Plus two teachers, so for the trip that I'm gonna post, it'll just be the happy ones.
As they said, let the bygones be bygones, keep the good memories in your heart :D:D:D:D
Alright, shall spam the pics and wordy words now! :D

But i shan't put captions though, if not it will take years for this post to finish.
In all, for this whole trip, I took 2000++ photos, but not all will be here. I'll try to squeeze them in here, but it may be difficult. Your com may lag, so I'm really really sorry!

Anw, I've decided - to skip the pics of Musuem artefacts, schools that I've visited, yep, thats about it. If not, I won't be able to load everything.
However,

Day 1: 13th March '09
Had to assemble at terminal 1 0700. The flight was 0930. So headed to the airport to had breakfast with my parents.
It was a whole long day of flying from one place to another.
Once we depart from Spore to Beijing, there was another domestic flight to Xi'an.
Finally we reached Xi'an and it was already late at night.
Checked into the hotel and that's all for Day 1.
& oh man, the hotel was grand I would say, having val as my roomate! :D
2 person to that room was a little big, so we got peiqi&yanling over to sleep with us. :D
It was more fun having 4 person isn't it? :D
But some people just don't understand, it's alright!
The more the merrier, and I assure you we 4 girls had super, uber lots of fun! :D:D:D:D










































Day 2: 14th March '09
Breakfast in the hotel was just plain & boring. The food were rather oily though. But it's alright, one shan't complain about the food!
The weather was cool! Early morning and it was alr cold, since we weren't used to the coldness, the clothes we wore were like those during winter time, yes it was that exerggarating. LOL!
And smoke came out of my mouth when I talked and we girls got so high!!! Total madness~ /:

Headed to Qidi Secondary School. They were extremely delighted with us. And we had exchanged program. It was only a short introduction and short exchange between schools.

After that headed to 大唐芙蓉园(Da tang fu rong yuan). Spent the whole afternoon there. Walked around and the place was pretty cool I would say.
Then at night watch a movie which was on water. It was magnificient!
Back to the hotel to rest and it was high time with the 4 girls again!













































































Day 3: 15th March '09
Alright! Today we didn't had to go to school for exchanged programme! :D
Headed to 汉阳陵(Han Yang Ling) Spent our whole morning there, looking at some artefacts and the place where they were buried!
Lunched at some place. Then went to a bookstore like that. Wasn't that appealing though, they only had chinese books there & I bought 2 for CSC. One thing good was that their books were pretty cheap. I bought them for only 95 rmb, which was 19 Sing dollars. I bet this would cost me only one book at $19 each if I were to buy them here /:
Then, headed off to Museum again. Not that much, just artefacts too.
Dinner at some fine place, but smoking was allowed there. Air pollution! ALmost couldn't enjoy my meal happily! =x
It's back to the hotel again.!
Had a fun time laughing crazyily & madly with the girls.!

Day 4: 16th March '09
Early in the morning had immersion programe! Went to a prominent and well known school in Xi'an, 交大二附中(Jiao da er fu zhong). Whole day had lessons there. Oh boy, it was terribly boring! The teacher went thru China history, you know, those tang dynasty?!
I couldn't take it and I fell asleep. yes, I know I shouldn't do that, but I couldn't take it.
Our lessons were not those type whereby we went in to sit with the China students.
It was us, 20 of us being given a room and the teacher went in to teach us. The lesson time was long too, each period was approximate an hour continously. Totally can't take it.

But what i like was the half an hour exercise where everyone had to gather together and do a warm-up exercise. & the lines they queued were straight, Whoa, impressive was the only word to describe! Too bad, I couldn't upload the video here, get it from me, it's in my phone though! :D
Only dinner was good, we had the chance to eat Peking duck :D:D:D:D
Nice nice nice! Superb :P

Day 5: 17th March '09
It's coundown 10 days to my birthday! xD
headed to the same school again for immersion. -.-
Bored! D:
Had history again!! Alll the way, total waste of my time when I'm not even taking this subj, I pity those sci stream students who were with us there too/:
Alright, for general knowledge, adapt to the lessons~
I'm like deceiving myself!
It was until about evening and then went over for dinner. We went to a halal place to eat dumplings! The food was heavenly!!! :D:D:D:D
Then was given about an hour or so for some light shopping :D
Back to our hotel and it was high time! haha.!

Day 6: 18th March '09
yes! Last day of the immersion programme there! Had a mini lesson only! :D
It was good!
Bade goodbye and headed off to tourist attraction.
Yanling fell sick! She couldn't join us for that whole day! D:
Headed to 西安明城墙（Xi'an ming cheng qiang). Yep, there spent about few hours there.
Ride bicycle with Peiqi since val couldn't really ride and I wasn't that confident if I could ferry her.
Me & peiqi were the last to go back -.-
Took about 1 and half hours to ride the whole wall, but at least we completed it, we perservered it! :D
Great achievement! ANd had a great and fun time screaming & shouting.
Only bad thing was the scorching sun was shining on us terribly. Worse, we were wearing thick clothing you know!
Thick clothing + cycling continuous for one and half hour + bright & scorching sun + lack of water = Fun, fun & fun.
But I think it was because of this that I started to fall sick sooN! :(
Then headed off to a museum to look at artefacts again.
At night, went off for dinner to thank the teachers at jiao da for their efforts.
Our table was very high because one teacher sat with us, and to them, the teacher was cute. LOL
Yanling join us for dinner though :D
At night went back to the hotel room.
I think because we slept together, yan passed the virus to me?
I was feeling terribly sick.
And one funny thing was, since yan was sick, the vp came, and it was girls room and he was abit ps hesitating wanting to come in anot.
& we girls made hell loads of noise and our room was terribly messy!
4 girls you know, hhaha!
So we were laughing like mad!!! Can you imagine when crazy girls coming together, LOL!

Day 7: 19th March '09
Headed to Arts school, where a very famous artist drew. :D
















































That whole day was terrible for me! D:
After the mini test, I couldn't take it anymore.
fever shot up to 39 degrees high, and I had to skip the whole itenary for that day, 大雁塔广场( Da yan ta guang chang). Many said it wasn't that interesting.

I went back to the hotel room to sleep soundly the whole day.
Until the vp came -.-
Terribly embarrassed /:
& what's worse was I insisted on not going to the hospital! You know, errr I don;t really trust their medical facilities there as compared to Spore /:
So survive on my dosage of panadols which I brought there!


Day 8: 20th march '09
Countdown 7 days to my 17th big day! 8D
Wasn't feeling that well, but still persisted. Worse was my panadols have fnished, It was super embarrassing to get them from the vp. Whoa, face throw until don't know where can?!
He knows my name! =.=
Embarrass to the max!
We went to visit 兵马俑(terra cotta)
Oh the view was spectacular.
Alright, a picture speaks a thousand words.
Lunched was alright, then I wasn't feeling well, so I went to rest in the bus, then moved on to 华清池, you know the place where that girl bathe? Yep, thats it.
At night, had steamboat. Couldn't ate much. But the food was still alright though.
Then it was back to the hotel.

Day 9: 21st March '09
It was retail therapy! :D:D:D:D
Shopped with the 4 girls.
Lunched there too and was shopping all the way. How cool can that be?!?! 8D
Bused around to look at some night scenery, wow, it was nice! :D
Went back to the hotel to pack our luggage since we were heading to beijing the next morning.
Our last day at the hotel! D:
Last day with the tour guides there, the tour guide were pretty, cute, lovely ladies! :D

Day 10: 22nd March '09
5 days to my big day!
Morning call was super early!
Breakfast was provided by them and we ate in the bus. Transfer our flight to Beijing. When we reached Beijing, it was another 2 hours or so bus ride to the most western side of Beijing, mengtougou. It was terribly cold! Cold to the coldest!!!! Brrrrrrr~
We had to wear long john for the whole few days stay in Beijing. The temp dropped drastically!
I wore almost like 4 clothings + 2 jeans. Can you imagine how cold it was? But it was fun :D
Heh.




















Checked in and we immediately went to a school where they did their pottery.
Tried out the pottery and my end product was horrible /:
Checked in at the hotel and this hotel was horrible compared to the one in Xi'an. Though there was a bathtub, it was small. And the security there was horrible -.-

Day 11: 23rd March '09
4 days to my big day!
Breakfast at there was -.-
The food was totally not my taste. It was salty, spicy, oily!
headed to some school where our principal mr koh gave talks to all the teachers there.
The people who invited us made us look like we were some big stars.
Cameras videos etc etc all shined on us.
LOL!
Had some exchanged programme with the young kids there.
They performed during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Damn cool right?! To be able to participate at such a young age. (:
Had dinner, dinner wasn't that good though.
Our last night at that horrible place! yayness :D

Day 12: 24th March '09
3 days to my big big day! :D
Woke up, checked out from that horrible place! :D
Took another few hours of bus ride back to bejing.
Immediately headed to Beijing University, wow the place was super big and cool!
It wasn't an easy place to get in, neither was it an easy place to just enter because there were guards stationed there.
So, I was really lucky that I could visit the place :D




























The guy who was studying there helped us around the place, he was cute xD
yep, then had lunch there, yeah, lunch at bejing suited my taste more, mentougou's food wasn't that suitable for me. I think because it was too oily & salty /:
Went to the Bird's nest, stayed there for quite a while.
Headed to some shopping malls and bookstore. 王府井+书城
Dinner and then it was checked in to a new hotel.
Alright, it wasn't that bad :D
Re-united with Pei&yan! Haha!

Day 13: 25th March '09
2 days to my big day!
Woke up, had breakfast. Breakfast was getting worse and worse each day ever since we stepped into Beijing.
I think Xi'an was better!
After breakfast! Yes tourist attraction! Headed to the great wall of china! And I was so weak. Only managed to complete one tiny section. Haha. But at least I climbed :D




















Then headed to the 十三陵(shi san ling), 13 tomb where the emperors were buried. The view was nice. :D
After dinner, it was shopping time! At 秀水街(Xiu shui jie). The thing there were very very cheap! Bargain like mad and caught quite a no. of deals. Satisfaction there! :D:D:D:D
Back to the hotel.

Day 14: 26th March '09
Tmr is my big big big big birthday! :D:D:D:D
Checked out, breakfast was speechless. All the eggs cooked in different forms, steam, boiled, scrambled~
Headed to tiananmen square first.

And then to gu gong.














































The view was great too. Love the place there! :D
After touring the place, set off to the airport and it was home sweet home!
Touched down in Spore at around 2200plus. :D































Alright, some reflections:D
Felt that Xi'an suited me more in terms of the food, accomodation lodging.
Attitude about the China people was bad. I would rate 0/10. But this post was meant for a happy one, so all the bad behavious about them shall be kept in my heart. Yeap, but the overall trip was fun, with val, pei & yan. :D

The food directly in front is deer's meat if I'm not wrong. Tried the taste and it was cold and weird.
We had sumptous meal of more than 10 dishes a day.


This is one of the mass conference that we had. The food was so tasty that
everyone tried the food and wasn't listening! haha!




Now what about a BIG AND MESSY glimpse of our hotel roomstay with the crazy 4 girls? Haha!

Even though there was a bath tub, I checked out the rate and it was
relatively cheap for a night's stay.




This was the classy style of hotel room in Xi'an.



















But I realised all the pics are the messy messy side of us. For a 4 ppl staying in that room, the room was quite messy isn't it?! Esp the bathroom and the small tables! xD

Alright, so apart from the bad attitude,service, oily food etc from those china people living there, the rest was great.
Scenery wise, omgodness, it was magnificent, the view was totally spectucular. From all the way to different part of the places, I really enjoyed myself with the rest of the people :D
Also, the weather, which was suppsedly to be cooling but ended up too cold due to global warming, was a new experience for me. Haha! :D
Really enjoyed myself that much! 8D

Alright people!
I'm flying off to Indonesia, Medan tmr :D:D:D:D
The trip is quite early, I've to report tmr at 5am because the flight is about 730am.
Yep, so checking in about 2hrs earlier.
Alright, pretty excited, because I've nvr been to Indonesia before. LOL!
Yeah, call me a noob or what then. Whatever~

&& I've decided not to go China in June/July.
I SERIOUSLY HOPE I WON'T REGRET.
I'M LIKE DAMN DAMN DAMN MAD LEH.
I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL REGRET ANOT.
